Hi,

i'm selling my site xchan.xxx for something around 500-700$.

The sale include :
- domain registered on mid-december 2011 for 1y at onlydomains.com (66$)
- content of the website around 600files
- PHP Code + MySQL dump
- All access to the different ads companies (juicyads, blacklabel, adxpansion and plugrush).

The website was launched on 24th january.

It gets daily 4k visitors and 20k pages view.

The ads have to be optimized, so far with 1 plug i get +2$ per days. So with just 1 plug you get +700$ a year.

Selling the content on a user submitted content site. Intredasting.

Does that include the CP you complain about in the site index? XD

You do what ever you want with the content. The idea is to sell the whole site as it is running right now.

And because it's anonymous, it was judicious to add that note about CP and not just let people poste whatever they want.
