I signed up on what like the 30th or 31st of december was told i was not eligible by support, i understand the point of not allowing people to signup for multiple promos, but i feel i could have really used this. I think you got a better chance of getting me to upgrade with 5 than one especially if 1 takes off

Actually, all you need to do is request an 'upgrade' from the one promo to this one, and it would solve your issue. The problem you ran into is that some people try and sign up for multiple promos, and intend to KEEP all of the different promos (i.e. multiple promo accounts). We only allow ONE promo plan per user.

Give me your ticket ID number on this issue, and I will forward it over to support.
