[WTS] WebCam Studio 50% Share (or Less)

I'm a Webcam Studio Owner. I live in Russia. My Studio working from October 2009 till currently.
My models working on many webcam sites such as primary - livejasmin, myfreecams and secondary - streamray (cams), streamate etc.
All times I myself found these models and, as I see, everytime when I found new models some old models for some reasons end working (pregnant, merry, boyfriend, drink etc.). All times I have 4-5 models in Studio and not bigger. Only my legs strength in seeking models not enough for raise up their quantity so studio incomes doesn't increase - it's not so fast and I do not look in the eyes of the girls, which I try to recruit in models, sufficiently respectable to believe it in a large salary that I offering for her work ($1 300 per moth).
So I need 24 000$ for buy used premium car in our country (in our country cars very expensive) for increase studio incomes. For it I offer 50% lifetime studio incomes for Buyer.
My Studio average incomes at this moment $2000-3000 per Month and it will be raise up after this investment completed.
I can sell this share by parts:
1Medium part = 10% lifetime studio incomes and it cost $4800
1Small part = 1% lifetime studio incomes and it cost $480
You can buy as many parts as You want, but not more than 50% of my business.

So I pay now $1000 for my apartments, $1000 for Studio and I calculate, if I buy car and start collecting money on apartment I can done collect it after 10-14 years. Maybe...
I'm not so young and in our country Pension 200$ per Month so If I will old without my own apartments - I will die on street. Or, (if I bought now car) in old car.
