Seems like you may be new and jumped into the shark pit here but my honest advice would be to get rid of the pirate vids and fill that site full of sponsor clips if you are intending to make any money. It's a nice looking site and it could do well on its own.

The tubes you are embedding from are pirating the movies themselves for the most part.
The big tubes want you to embed of course because you and the thousands of other scraper sites are sending them traffic, doing all the work while they rake in the money.

Firstly the site is broken using Safari & Firefox on the Mac, the top menu is skewed.

Secondly, this site adds absolutely no value and merely acts as a traffic source for tubes who steal content, meaning that you're supporting those who steal content.

How do you plan to make any money with this site anyway ?

You're absolutely correct. You can't be sued for this no matter what. The hottest content online right now being searched for surfers it seems is everything from Private. You need to get everything they have embedded on your site asap so your traffic will grow.

If you're not sure how or where to find it, ask Boneprone. He's a little busier than normal these days, but he definitely knows according to what i've read.
