We have recently re-launched our Camsite for Hungarian visitors.
It's been doing good, my own ad campaigns have a conversion rate from 1:14 -1:45 - 1:83

The majority of members pay with their cell phone, so there is no chargeback, but because of the % we have to pay to the mobile providers the webmaster % for members who pay with their phone is 10%
For members paying with their CC its 25-30% ( depending on the webmaster program )

We provide ads and banners in Hungarian language, so if you have some otherwise useless Hungarian traffic, please promote us
