The time has come to sell my other adult site. I originally sold my tube site some time ago, and had lots of questions about this site at that time. I actually hung on to this site because it takes little to no effort to maintain. The only time I ever spend time on it is SEO, link exchanges, and adding new content which I don't do as often as I should.

I am sure there is a lot people will want to know, so please email me with ANY and ALL questions.

Site Traffic: One thing that is rare about this particular site is the traffic is almost completely search engine generated. I have NEVER advertised the site anywhere except for link exchanges. Of all the traffic the site gets, 80% is NEW every day, and only 20% is returning traffic according to analytics. The site works virally as users use the images on the site as avatars and the like.

Script: The script is custom based on a flash arcade script. It works very well, and I can walk you through it completely. It is pretty self-explanatory, and the script is great. We have made adjustments to the script to make it work the way we wanted with the adult theme of this site. I would recommend that whoever purchases it has some programming knowledge. I am not a programmer and I work with it fine, but just so you can make adjustments and such on your own.

Earnings: The biggest thing folks are going to want know is the earnings, and I will try to get screenshots and info for anyone that wants them. I have used many different companies over the past couple years including Black Label Ads, CamWithHer, JuicyAds, I Heart Bucks, CamWithCarmen, LiveCamCash, Ero Ads, Adult Ad World, Class Act Cash, and more. One thing about them all, is they all have worked to a point, but keeping things fresh and new seems the best way to keep getting clicks and such. I have also sold many ads on a monthly and quarterly basis to random websites which of course was the most profitable way to make money when the opportunity came.

Let me make one thing clear, I had NO experience coming into this, and do believe that someone with a little experience in the adult site industry could probably do a much better job of gaining traffic and monetizing the site.

As far as earnings go, the site has never made less $100/mth, and never more than $300/mth. On average, it has earned roughly $150/mth between all the avenues. Juicy Ads has been great, and so have individual promotions. I will be completely honest, I can show screen shots of some of the revenue, and some of it you will just have to take my word for. Honestly, I think if you look at the traffic and analytics, you will probably know that I am not lying about the income because the traffic is great.

Reason For Selling: I just accepted a new position with a big company that is going to require my utmost attention for the next 3-5 years, and I know I will have NO time for this site anymore. I think if someone spent a little time on it, this site has a TON of potential.

Link Building: I have been slowly getting GOOD partners for link exchanges for the site. All the links on my site are traded links with quality, tenured other sites that are PR1 or above.

Price: Negotiating with folks serious about purchasing and actually looking to spend a little for a site that does earn. I realize that this isn't a big site, but it does earn some money for not very much work. I am not unreasonable, and would like to see someone finish off where I started making the site earn good money. If you want to make a $100 offer, get lost.

The site is on a server with other sites, but the bandwidth that entire server uses is averaged to about 10mbps over the last couple months. I pay for bandwidth by rate not amount, so I hope that helps.
