I buy low budget shit all-the-time, that's what makes money. There's a free piece of advice for you. The most expensive network I bought was 1,600$ - it came with 5-6 aged sites, ccbill affiliate account (still generating sales) and a good fair amount of traffic. Besides that I've mainly bought 100-200$ domains or sites.

I made a quick camtasia video of those tube site sales - a quick video of stats of my two highest making sites (making 500-800$/day total) and a quick video of google analytics showing the kind of traffic coming in right now - though it's not much, I deal with quality more so than quantity.
