I decided to park the domain yesterday and traffic stats were not bad for a parked domain that was only parked for half the day.

My reserve is around the $350 mark. I paid more than this for the domain myself, if I was to set a BIN it would be $1000.

May be out of most people's range but this is a very good granny keyword domain.

So far today there has been 225 unique visits to the parked page with sedo, which seeming I only parked the domain mid way through yesterday isn't bad at all

People are searching for the term "grannies porn" and the sedo stats show that people are already finding the domain name! A little seo skills and content should bring healthy visits to this domain, it shouldn't be too hard to rank high for the term "grannies porn".

I know the only route you know of is to snap up dropped domains for reg fee but there are other ways. When I said I paid more than $350 for the domain, that is 100% true!

That's a fair comment Dubya, everyone has there limit on what they would be willing to pay for a domain. If people see no potential in this domain then my reserve will not be reached and I will keep the domain.

The domain has got good keywords though for the granny porn niche, so I am sure someone will see the potential.

You don't think a 2 word keyword specific domain is worth my reserve of $350?

These are not just two random keywords that have been chucked together, the term "grannies porn" is a term that gets a fair amount of searches on a monthly basis through google.

The best two keyword domain you can own in the granny niche is granny porn (.com) and we all know that domain wouldn't come cheap. This domain is one of the better granny niche domains that was ever available to register so why would I not expect a reasonable amount for the domain.
