Traffic and search rank has been consistently going up every month; the site hasn't even reached it's full potential yet and who knows when traffic will start to stabilize, but it's definitely a wild card right now.

I have only been building adult sites for 5-6 months now and this site is the most popular of the group.

Why am I selling it?

First of all, if I'm only going to be offered a bag of peanuts for it, I'm not selling it.

I am taking offers to see if I can get a decent and fair offer that will help me towards the main projects I am working on right now (which is not mobile... and this is). I would expect to get some pretty good offers based on the fact that it's successful, easy to manage and maintain, makes sales, and moving on up quite fast.

I know it has generated 4 signups (pps) over the last 3 months... I can pull the actual #'s upon request (e-mail) but let's say average PPS was $30 x 4 = *** $120 *** give or take a few bucks

By the way, 3 of those signups were from last month alone.

But that should come as no surprise if you look at the stats in the original post... once again this site was launched just 4 months ago and is loosely networked with 2 other (less popular) mobile sites.

Well here is what I know for a fact: You're an asshole.

And here is my educated guess: As a kid at school, you probably spent most of your recess period upside down in the garbage cans.

I can prove all of my sales and because my site has been increasingly profitable, I honestly couldn't care less if I don't receive a bid worth entertaining... and I already explained why it makes sense for me to sell it, but if you can't comprehend that, then god help you.

Its not unheard of to make 4 sales in 2 months with the amount of traffic this site receives... so go flame another thread and stay out of my business

Thought I already posted this, but I guess it didn't go through

Anyway the top offer as of the last day (today) was $225

When I first listed this site, I mentioned that at the end of the month I would decide whether to keep the site or take the top offer and I have decided that it makes a lot more sense for me to keep it.

Why thank you... and I can proudly update that the "crap" sold for the price I wanted it to sell for... and immediately after the sites were transferred, a sale was made!

So... I guess you can eat your own words... then again, seeing that you refer to sites in general as "crap" (signature) I guess it takes on a different meaning in your book.

That said, there was no reason for you to ASSUME that the sites did not make the sales that I stated they made, which, with the traffic they get, is a very reasonable number... you can keep assumptions to yourself... not spoil it WITHOUT KNOWING ANY FACTS for people trying to sell their sites on GFY.

Fortunately, nobody listened to you anyway...

Why would you want to sell a website making 4 sales a month? You would make the amount you sold the site for in 2 months, maybe less.
