HD camera - what to get

Whast is a decent HD camera to get?

Do you still nude a big bulky camera or is the quality of small ones just as good.

I've got a Sony NEXFS100. It's Sony's answer to the DSLR craze. Instead of being a DSLR with video capabilities. This is a video camera with DSLR capabilities. If that makes sense.
