Website is 5 years old, I worked all the time on it and it used ti be ranked pretty high (alexa : 40k) but a year or two ago I stopped working on it and didn't want to sell because it has very big potential but now, after some more time, I decided to sell it cause I don't have time even to log in.

Daily job is to add hosted plug and submit it. Website use smartplugs v2.0 script ($200) and have thousand and thousand plugs. Also almost with every major trader it has positive ratio so all you need is to submit there and you'll get pretty good traffic (around 10k daily) without any other investment. So as I said, it is a very big potential. Someone who can spend few minutes on it every day can rock with this website.

Now getting around 2-3k visits. Some direct traffic, bookmarks, SE and some old plugs from traders but I guarantee you it will have around 10k if you submit at traders websites.

Don't have idea of how much is making cause bunch of ads are some old codes and other ads are some ads that I use on few websites so I believe it earns as normal website would earn with those specifications.

Also, I can give a few months (3-5 months) of free hosting.

Actually the decision to send it was very hard cause I've been working on that site for 5 years and I know its potential but finally I decided to sell it cause in last year I've maybe worked on it around 10 hours and that's not how one site should be managed. So there is no BIN just offers and good deal ;)

yeah, if you read bellow you will find an explanation. But I can write it once again if you are lazy to scroll your mouse ;)

one of the guys from GFY told me that he will buy it and we agreed for everything and I consider website as sold. The problem was he didn't have money that we agreed at the moment so he pleased me to wait him some time just to get the money. So I wanted to be a reasonable and I agreed. But after 4-6 months he stopped responding me. I have waited few months more, maybe he had some hard times or whatever, but he never called back. I don't know the reason still. So that's why I started this threat again and now I want to help a new owner with everything with website just not with waiting for payments. Payment should be instant
