I could post a hardlink on my sites too. Basically what ever it takes to promote your brand and drive traffic...quality, targeted traffic ;)

If you are wanting a banner ad on my sites I'd have to up charge a bit...not much but the $30 that I had in mind would be mainly through social networks. Some link building would be included using groups and forums.
