Current revenue is coming from recurring members, and some new sales (around 1k-1.5k a month).
Havent worked on this site for ages, lots of potential (and yeah i know its hard to sell a site based on potential). This site managed to pull in 34,000 PURE mobile surfers at its peak last january. After some private stuff, i didnt work on it, and the site slipped to a low at 512 daily uniques, and is picking up in ranks slowly again since this month at about 8,000 daily mobile uniques. With some work, backlinking, and daily updates you should be able to get it back to the top5 in google. We had it there months ago, and we raked in between $12,000 and $18,000 back then.
Needless to say, it was not a wise decision to NOT work on it anymore. But shit happens in real life and you have to make decisions.
Traffic is almost pure mobile, coming from the search engines.
Top keyword is "porn", followed by "mobile porn" on the 2nd place.
Stats for july 1-22 are as follow:
175,000 uniques of which mobile surfers.
830,000 pageviews - average of 4.77 pageviews per visitor
39% bouncerate
74% new visitors (fresh blood so theres enough to sell to them)
40% comes from search engines, top keywords: "porn" and "mobile porn" so its ultratargetted. They arent looking to buy pencils.
40% are from referring sites.
21% is type in traffic (imobileporn.com is branded pretty good)
Geo: 35% USA, 23% is not set (g.a. has a hard time figuring out where they come from because its mobile, but most of it should be usa too), 6% is from the UK, 4% is from Germany.
As you can see, thats the traffic most people are looking for. Mobile, and premium countries, looking for "porn" and "mobile porn" or even typing in the url straight away.
The site is running on a customized and optimized version of mechbunnies script by konrad. Script is, if im correct $1300, without these customizations. The script is optimized to encode and serve videos for mobile devices. Took a lot of testing and hard work.
Processor:
We currently have zombaio integrated as primary processor, and epoch as a backup processor.
The amount of members fluctuate. I can show you or teach you how to get traffic to get sales running again. But you have to work on it. Daily updates, some linkbuilding, adding fresh content.

I have a package of around 2,000 videos. All sorts of niches, licensed of course. Pretty HQ, not hd though.
Costs:
Get an "ok" server and you are good to go. Since its mobile traffic, the BW is really low.

Now, as said, i know its hard to sell a site based on potential or "history" but this site has been around for a little while. If you can see through the lack of management that made it slip this much, you will notice that you can have a winner from the getgo. You will get the existing and recurring members if you like off course.
