Absolutely. People have networks having 1000+ domains that are not interconnected.

Plus for 800 links you would only need 80 webistes to get there if you take 10 links per domain which is our limit. Plenty of people with such portfolio around.

Depends what you want but as always with bulk purchases there come discounts.
