Has to look somehow good and be automated. And also has to generate some income, even if only hundreds a month. I also welcome tubes with real users uploading their own videos, I would want to approve the submits, though.

Please post the links here, if you are ashamed of your sites, don't bother. And don't start with the "I don't want others to see what I do" bullshit, everybody has a tube site by now, so there is nothing you have and others don't.
