A reputable licensed bookmaker (and my knowledge only extends to UK, Gibraltar. Malta licenses) will allow you to deposit and bet instantly, and will normally allow you to be paid out to the same card you paid in with without problem, but if you pay in through one method and want to be paid out to another, they will probably require you to prove your ID before authorising the withdrawal.
