Does Loyal Bank on St Vincent or Rietumu bank in Latvia accept adult webmasters?

Can anyone tell me if Loyal Bank in St Vincent (Caribbean) and/or Rietumu bank in Latvia accept adult webmasters?

The reason that I am asking this because I am looking for a bank for my offshore company. FBME bank on Cyprus doesn't accept (at least on paper) adult webmasters.

That's why I was wondering if Rietumu bank in Latvia and Loyal bank in St. Vincent also have such a strict anti adult industry policy

The company that has set up this offshore company for me, only offers the FBME bank on Cyprus, Rietumu Bank in Latvia and Loyal Bank in St Vincent. Yes, I've come to realise that's a bit of a bugger ;)
