Do you mean 0.30 CPM i.e. 1000 impressions or are you saying 0.30 for 1000 clicks and thereby visitors to your site. If it is 0.30 per 1000 clicks then it would mean 0.0003 per click and I doubt anybody in the world would sell any traffic for such a price. 0.30 CPM sounds good though. Not sure which one are you referring to.
