$5 ??? Seriously? That won't even cover the fees. Especially not since Payoneer charges their 3% out of the country fee, for still unknown reasons, when it's all done in USD. Then Paypal will cut off another 3-4 %. So you're looking at only fees in the range of $10-$15.
That is, if anyone would be willing to swap.
