I want to sell Cakefarts.com, the domain plus site/content.

These are the current stats for the site for the past 3 months to give you guys a rough view.

Those are the stats for the past 3 months. As you all can tell most of the traffic comes from organic and direct parties.

To monetize the site I've done quite some options most of which seemed to work. My favorite method was a content locking system, which worked great but advertisers cut me off after a few.
