That is not accurate, there was a major update in April and another local to websites hosted in north America in early November, and between these dates numerous adjustments have been made by Google. Maybe you're referring to PR updates on a WWW scale, in that case you would be right, we wont be seeing anymore of thoes, unless Google turns back on its steps and rewrites its crawling process. It's a long discussion and PR is only one of the 200 most important ranking factors for Google SEO, but I'm seeking blogs with PR for other reasons and if you have any for sale please hit me up
