What freelancer site do you recommend?
 

Elance? Rent A Coder? Freelancer?

What are your experiences with them?

I have a small project that I need done, and no one here seems to want it. I'll give a freelancer site a shot if any of you can recommend one.

beware try to pick the highest rated programmer or whatever your getting done.

I have yet to have a good experience with those sites. Wait, I think one project turned out ok.
