Can you tell me of your recommendations or experience?

Netbilling isn't just a great gateway but I know in the past they have helped people get merchant accts too. I believe Orbital Pay also has some good banking relationships that may be able to help you out.

Can't fault the previous recommendation of NetBilling. I do have direct merchant account solutions both domestically (US) and internationally.

Hey, a little comparison shopping is always good! We'll also chat.

After a couple of their 'freeze account' classics three times in 2 weeks asking for doc of this, invoice of that, we had enough. We simply moved to a merchant account with MERITCARD and couldn't be happier!! They had us up in 2 weeks (faster than others we talked to), money pops in our corporate checking every few days, 3 month rolling reserve (shorter than others we talked to), and fees around the industry standard.

We still occasionally do the PP for around 25% of the business. However, those paying by Paypal have to sign the NO CHARGEBACK WAIVER clause. Otherwise, they simply have to pick another option like bank wire. We are not going to get cheated. We have more than enough business coming in to turn away those who give us a lot of grief.

One of the biggest issues with us, in regards to merchant accounts, is the SIZE of the transactions. We have a number of bigger programs/companies who have a decent number of servers. So as you might imagine, take $199 x 10/20/30+ servers and you start getting some pretty hefty dollars. We did not want to have 6 month rolling reserve, or some of the other b.s. you can run into.

Historically, web hosting, pay sites, or porn my charge back and refunds ratios are very very low. So that helped with greasing the wheels on ours. Low hold back, term, and good rates. I would hit up Jim over at MeritCard.
