I would fully recommend Stefan and Amazing Content.

Back before they made it so you can download any of your past purchases from your account, my pc had crashed and I lost a lot of the content I had purchased from them. After explaining my situation, Stefan was awesome enough to back through past invoices and receipts and figured out which sets I had purchased and sent them all to me. And through the whole thing, Stefan remained cheerful and positive in the email exchanges, never annoyed or frustrated with my stupidity in not backing up my files.
