PAXUM your statements aren't working

My Mastercard statement has been showing XXXX for 7 days, and I just looked at detailed stats and it says I didn't take out anything since the 20th of November, which is not true and right now my balance is not showing properly.

My MC statements appear to be fine so I'm not sure why yours would be like this. Either way, I can get this looked into to see what the problem can be.
