any info on verotel would be appreciated by me too...

we've been trying to get set up for 1-900 billing for about a month now, I don't think they're interested in new business.

good company. free wire transfers. off-shore billing.

bad points: two week delays in payment. bitch of an interface. Up to 2 months wait for 900 phone charges $15 per chargeback!

If you run good content, low chargebacks, don't need a "quick fix" processers, and dig good CS, they are a good company.

I use them. They are ok. They are not good about checking for duplicate memberships (i.e. user presses join button too many times).

I just got a letter saying that they were closing their San Fran office and that from now on, all my dealings with them would be subject to Dutch law.
