It might not be CCBill but rather that more Credit Cards than usual have been declined this month everywhere. My wife just tried to buy trainers online 3 times and each time the card failed for no good reason, then tomorrow the bank will phone to check it was us trying to use it and we'll say yes, but then the same will happen in a couple of weeks

We have seen very up and down sales this week - incredibly high saturday-monday, very low and lots of declines today ... but, looking at any short period is bound to be flawed - overall it looks pretty normal.
