Hypothetical scenario - what if US dollar collapses

Here is the hypothetical scenario done by a dutch guy. He somehow thinks that EUR will become the reserve currency back in 2005. He probably will have to change it now. The scenario starts with a Singapore trader selling large blocks of US dollar on a usual trading day, followed by large sell-off during euro trading hour, and ended with paying cab drivers with 3 cigarette as the entire global financial system collapses.

The cigarette can be harmful to productivity.
