we have one, but it's not public. we offer it for select, large affiliates.

Can I ask you why? Large or small... what's the difference? To much of your time to help smaller affiliates set it up correctly?

An API is just collecting information on affiliate site and send that information to you. What's the difference? Pay per free member is the problem, if so then just allow revshare till affiliate is rated.

Almost everyone does, just not public knowledge. Contact the programs you like and most will have it.
