    "Ugly Betty" actor arrested for cutting off his mom's head

    Here's the Insanity defense definition:

                                  The killing was wrong. If he is legally insane, he should be put into a mental asylum (like that guy in the movie about the psychopath lady). He cannot be allowed to have freedom to walk outside.
