did they just play a trick on us? before they setup this option for wire many here talked about taing legal action. after this stunt from epass with documents we all hoped it would work.however now nobody is getting wires and looks like we just forgot about the money. they played us good! or did shap and some other get paid and now lost the interest?

This is how the adult industry has always worked. These companies take a shit, make sure a few key guys are paid off, and then they disappear into the moonlight. However, they will resurface shortly under a new brand, and all the affiliates will flock to them as usual. This is how it works, has always worked, will continue to work.

That said, I am not saying Choker/Shap did get paid. Simply saying, historically this is how is has always worked. Pay off the right guys, with the deep pockets, and take a piss on the rest.

I did not get paid and have given up on it. If this zlattorney will take this on as a contingement basis I think everyone myself included should let him try at least. 75% on the dollar owed is better than nothing.

I contacted them on 11/4 and on 11/5 they responded saying they have all my paperwork and funds are being released but couldn't supply a time line. 11/23 still (pending)..

I have also seen many other RevShare systems switching to new companies to replace epassporte. If we as an Adult Industry keep switching to new companies like this aren't we actually fueling the fire for companies to be able to keep doing this to us?

I'm in no way saying epassporte has done anything on purpose but I was also effected by the IBill program back in the days by many thousands and now epassporte??? Just a little hesitant to start back in with a new company and keep repeating the same results I've achieved in the past. Lost Money!

Is there really a great need "aside from convenience" for these type of payment systems? Doesn't the old fashion paper check payment, ACH or wire transfer you can do from your own bank account work just as effectively?

Nobody will be paid by ePassporte without the application of legal or other pressure.

The whole submit documents thing is just a delaying tactic, hoping that people just get fed up and go away.

You need to apply serious pressure to have any hope of getting any money, however I suspect that any funds that were left are probably well and truly dispersed by now.
