where the ell do you add your banner to your youtube channel?
 

you know, the little banner that shows up above all the videos in your channel? i'm looking around and can't find it anywhere.

On your channel page, click on the "Branding Options" button, then choose "Video page branding."

You may need a partner account for that option to show up. I don't remember seeing it when I started a channel at first.

Anyone know how can I tell how much money each of my "Revenue Share Videos" is making?

If it's ad revenue, you can check your Adsense account. If you're renting, you have to look in G Checkout.
