Where to get a real Free Credit Report?

Hi,

Where do you guys recommend to see all 3 scores and not be roped into any "subscription"?

Thanks, Mitch

there is no such thing but most of the sub sites have a free 30 day trial you signup see your report and cancel.

or you can go to all 3 places and get a free report.

https://www.annualcreditreport.com/

"This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion."

This :thumbsup

I do have a subscription to a pay one and it has actually come in handy a few times. It's less than $20 a month, I think it's worth it. :2 cents:

A Credit Report cannot be obtained for free. It is possible to increase your credit limit and improve terms of your loan. It's good to have a good credit history. It makes sense to pay your debts on time. Good luck.

You can get your Credit Report for FREE once a Year, or anytime you have been denied credit.
I have not seen a place that gives all 3 scores for free.
It is best to pay the fee, get all THREE reports, and all THREE scores, they can be completely different.

Remember applying for credit drops your credit score, so print out all three and scores take that around, explain your reasons, some places will still not take this, but it helps.

I do find this funny, as a BILLER, not wanting to be "roped" into a subscription.

I use (PAY)

TRUECREDIT.com

You can also do online disputes to one or two of the reports...

Yes you can get one as long as you are in the US, it will not let you do it if you are outside the US, if you are outside of the US you can get it by mail http://www.annualcreditreport.com

Here is the link telling you about it from the Federal Trade Commision website http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre34.shtm

Hope this helps
