I think the big tell that this is a fake is the logo for the show just says "Talent". Not "Russia's got talent" or any kind of branding, just generic talent.

Probably a viral campaign but not sure what it's for. There have been a few ambiguous viral campaigns recently, like the russian office freakout which turned out to be a campaign for the movie Wanted.
