Photoshop Question: Best way to create text on a nice smooth curved path?

I'm not a PS expert by any means but I figured someone here could suggest the easiest of several ways to create text on a nice smooth curved path, like say, following a half circle (or a little less) inside approx. half of the circumference of the face of a DVD. Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of ways to do this. Especially in newer versions of PS.
