Not sure if it's only used by people who go in the virtual world, by I know Utherverse/Red Light Center/Virtual Vancouver has their own social network at utherverse.com

Badoo is international, but not adult. Smutvibes.com I believe is adult. I think Tagged.com also, not entirely sure.
