It's just crashing seconds after launch.

nope works fine here. There was an icq connection problem, you have to edit the ICQ account and change the server to login.icq.com tho.

I upgraded but didn't swap servers and we're good here.

Try deleting your adium plists if it still isn't launching. (Make a copy of them first, obv)
