i go 1 or 2 times in a year. what about you?

few times a yr when there is some movie i want to see

used to be around twice a month
but now, in wheelchair and blind, it's more like 0

used to go once a week, but movies have been shit lately.. once every 2 or 3 weeks now...

got a 130 inch screen upstairs they will never see my $$$ again ....

Everytime there is something worth watching. I'd say about 4-5 times a year maybe.

Whenever something comes out that needs to be seen on a big screen. That need will never go away, unless I have my own 50 ft screen and million dollar sound system. A big movie should be experienced on a giant screen with a room full of strangers, not watched on a phone, computer or TV while alone.

Last movie I saw in a theater was Godzilla 1984. Yes, really! haha.
Since then I've simply bought or rented movies for home use.

I worked in a movie theatre all throughout high school and college. I would go to the movies daily, because it was free. Even after, I would go 2-3 times per week.

I have gone twice in the past 2 years. Toy Story 3 and Avatar.

Once in about 3-4 years. It's too expensive.

And yeah, once a week when there are some good films out (which is somewhat easier in LA).

But lately... not seeing much at all. I usually go on Tuesdays after a new release comes out (the Friday before). Since the reviews have been SO bad I wait for DVD or just forget about it.

The last really good big-screen worthy film I saw in the theater was Inception. But I'll give kudos for the cheesy fun ride Machete. :thumbsup

No fixed interval. When something seems like it will need the big screen to make the most of it.

6- 10 times / year. Usually for the 6D experience or IMAX 3D screens.
