Anyone visit the iBill stand at Internext?
 
If so, did you give them a hard time, demand payment, receive payment or be so impressed with their presentation that you forgave them for all the stress they've caused you?

I went and talked to them to see if they would fix my problems.

When I walked up they would only talk to me if I walked into the center of the booth and talked with a low voice.

You could tell they were afraid that I might make a fuss in public.

They did promise to make good on all missing money they owe me, they did listen to everything I had to say with big eyes and nodding heads and no back talk at all. Talk about a tail between your legs!

If you ask me they all had been coached on how to deal with pissed off customers. Mind you I was nice as pie.

If they come through and pay what they owe me I will be impressed.

But I still have not heard anything from them yet, course thats about normal for IBILL.

I sort of felt sorry for the people in that booth, you could tell they knew IBILL was fucked and there was not much they could do about it.

IBILL has a long way to go to repair the damage they did to themselves.

I posted in another thread that the high point of my internext jaunt was telling a sales rep to go fuckherself. So yeah, I "visited" their stand.

I chased a few potential Ibill victims out of their booth. They told me I was unprofessional. I think it's unprofessional to alter stats and steal websites from honest webmasters.

I was quiet the first time I went in on Monday..they promised me a payout on Wednesday. Wednesday they told me that I owed them money. I lost it in a very loud way.

Cathy followed up with me after the show to tell me I owe them. I still heartily disagree with their figures. They didn't pay me my reserves or web900 from Dec. 15th, and as far as I can tell from their screwed up CMI, they're still into me for at least 1500. They paid a part of what they owed, but not all of it.

I wish I hadn't let them calm me down and had stayed the rest of the day chasing out victims-to-be.

I've been having trouble with Ibill since October when they refused to give me info on the Visa rules. The DI doesn't work, I found out that they had left over 150 members active for over 6 months because the DI reports don't generate properly. Also, they were quadruple billing checking members, cancelling and refunding members that did not request refunds; one poor member rejoined 3 times, 3 times they killed his account and refunded him. He finally joined through PayPal because Ibill was making him insane.

The DI is still not working, I have to kill passwords manually. They have done nothing to fix it, they want me to switch to PM..my tech did that, they had all his password files dead for 2 weeks.

They stole the Visa fee from my tech, who has very small sites and declined to keep Visa..they haven't paid him since November and show no real inclination to help him at all.

I have obviously moved my processing elsewhere, but they refuse to give me my recurring database, though I hear they've given it to others.

Ibill used to be a good company, not anymore. I'm quite sure they're going to go under and leave me with no recurrings. I hope they all rot.

Heather, I was over at the CE booth when you started laying into those poor IBILL people. Damn lady, remind me not to get on your bad side. I was expecting to see blood! Wish I was in Vegas to burn that stand to the ground. Bastards owe me over three grand right now with no sign of paying a cent other than delays and brainless nods. It was with no sign of reserve that I danced around my office upon hearing of their stock tanking.

Fucking people have no idea how to run a company. It's disturbing to think that some people still rely on them to put bread on the table.

They are the worse fucking "company"!? in the world.

I have sent LOADS of emails to my sales rep, support etc asking where the fuck my payouts are and I hear fuck-all from them.....

I feel sorry for all you people who are tied to them due to recurring billing. I only use them for web900 and they are only due me about $3000.

I am sorry that everybody is losing out but I am glad they are going bust... The sooner the better. Long live CCBILL! :-)
