how would you control the fraud??? Flash cash is only offering real time payouts to known accounts... (I believe) not all webmasters.... you might check to be sure...

Flashcash is offering Instant Payouts to ALL webmasters. My understanding is with brand new accounts, the system simply waits for 3-5 good sales to kick in to "Instant" mode.

And yes, FLASHCASH is in a unique position to offer something like that.
