Excuse my candor but I can't believe how many people
in this industry who don't own their own companies
have worked for multiple employers.

Is it the bosses and jobs suck or do the employees
themselves suck?

Anyhole, if your hiring someone to generate and buy traffic
for you, you would have to OK any deals he or she does
anyway. Since this would be the case why not hire
someone from your area and teach them what you want.
To me its the same aggravation and you would pay them
less.

Just my 2 cents.
