hey guys, i sent all my docs on oct 14, and after 3 weeks they unlock my vv the last week

anyone that have 7,5k+ get money until now???

no reply at all from them

well without them all the monies would be gone.
I know this is hard but it looks like they are at least trying to get us our money.

I am supposed to receive a reply by wednesday, it's gonna be 5 days since i received the confirmation email to my completed payment form. I am curious if i get anything by then...

I think we should put some pressure on them, they are treating us like scum, very bad service... I just wrote them a letter demanding a better service, better responses more than the same bullshit, somehow we are CLIENTS even if we did the transactions via epass, I'm sure they have made good money with us during epass good times huh

Hope you guys get access to your money soon. At least I don't have a doubt that you will get your money out of the VIRTUAL VISA.

all docs they requested, I have emailed them like 3/4 times, they even didnt care to confirm reception of docs, I had to mail them to find out they arrived and getting by the way that arrogant response of "dont bother us"
