The payment in question never dumped due to the fact that minimum payment was not met. So its perfectly normal that the system didn't dump the amount. However with the program closed for further joins you are indeed right that you would never have the chance to even cross that line.

That dating affiliate program was not abruptly shut down.

It was with 1 month loose notice ( meaning it wasn't a hard deadline ) for everyone to remove links... and the assurance that all monies will be paid on that program for the life of the sales...


There's no drama here really. That program is still paying all monies owed...
