WP Plugin - Pretty Link (Lite Version) Very useful!
 

If you are looking for a good plugin for redirects/link cloaking.

Note that it doesn't actually cloak links that already exist. you create a URL and use that instead.

E.g. if you wanted to link to sponsorsite.com/ref="you"

You would put that in and use something like yourdomain.com/sponsor as the url and use that.

Try this plugin out, it's very good and even track clicks :thumbsup
