Need help! Domain registrar is stealing my domain!!!
 

Hi,

I need somebody to help me.

My domain registrant DOMAIN.COM (other names registerapi.com and
dotster.com) is trying to steal my domains.

The message I got is:

"Your account has been locked and your domains have been suspended due to
confirmed reports of hosting child pornography on the following domain(s):
* DREAM-TEENS.NET * GIRLSTUBE.ORG * LITTLENUDISTWORLD.COM *
PINK-SLUTS.NET * TINY-SKIRTS.NET * XXX-SEXY-AMATEURS.COM *
YOUNG-BODIES.NET * YOUNGVIRGINZ.NET As per our previous communication,
those domains have been confiscated."

The same time my domains are clean from child pornography and all content
is taken from the big affiliate programs like MET-ART, NUBILIES and the
biggest tubes like XHAMSTER.

The situation started on Monday, when I received the letter from them:
"Your account has been locked and your domains have been suspended due to
confirmed reports of hosting child pornography on the following domain(s):
* DREAM-TEENS.NET * GIRLSTUBE.ORG"

I double checked all content and removed the images with could be
interpreted bad (but content was even 23+ when viewing galleries - small
ass of 25 yo girl shot from behind is not child porn), also I asked them
for exact samples of what they call "confirmed reports of hosting child
pornography".

The response was: "We are not able to provide you with the file names in
question. Please consult withyour hosting/content provider for more
information. The domains in question were dream-teens.net and
girlstube.com. We have unlocked your account and will be monitoring the
content of the websites. If there are any images that appear to be, or
purport to be child pornography, regardless of theactual age of the
models, we will be compelled to disable your account andconfiscate the
domains. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you
with."

Actually, I thought it was theirs mistake, but today I saw that's
provocation and fraud from them.

I have contacted my hosting provider and ICCAN. Hosting provider said he would try to see what they can do to help me.

seems more and more registrars are trying to play cop when they shouldn't be. someone else posted a similar story only namecheap was the registrar not long ago.

I wasn't plan to move business offshore, I plan to do it somewhere where ccbill is allowed. I'm from Ukrain and I can't work with such country in CCBILL.
Yes, nudists is my niche, but I don't display underage persons in my content - I completely remove all underage persons, because I think it's not right even in nudists niche/

I know XHAMSTER has probably at least 1 vid of a 16 year old girl from the UK in a gang bang vid.

If you host vids from sites that you do not have ID for or cannot trace the ID, how can you ever be sure what you host is legal?

move everything outside US and all your problem are solved
and for domain reg don't use namecheap, try gandi.net instead

DREAM-TEENS.NET - nothing critical
GIRLSTUBE.ORG - what can be with that name?
LITTLENUDISTWORLD.COM - is not the world of little nudist, it's little(small) world of nudists - what's dangerous? I didn't even think about another interpritation.
PINK-SLUTS.NET - red-asses.net is legal too, isn't it?
TINY-SKIRTS.NET - what's in that domain?
XXX-SEXY-AMATEURS.COM - what's here?
YOUNG-BODIES.NET - young bodies is cool even if girl is 25 yo, what's there?
YOUNGVIRGINZ.NET - yes, that's bad domain, but used it as blog with FHG's

yes, if complying with law and regulations, but if they spite on everything (if you don't like words "young", "nudist" and "girls" that's your personal problem, but that doesn't say that I'm illegal). Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
I just share my thoughts here and thanks everyone for response. They helped me a lot. I wrote them that they are "registrant" not "fbi agent" or "police office". In response they gave me tranfer codes to all my domain allowing to move to another registrant. Let's see how that will work
