They are nominated for the "retarded expensive" hosting category. Wish them luck.

It has nothing to do with affording a retarded cost. It has to do with good business sense. I set up about 20 dedicated servers last year and ISprime was one of the ones that was so far out in left field with prices that it was comical. In addition to that, the sales guy started babbling on in a very condescending manner about "affording the best" as well. Coincidence?

That said, we had nothing but amazing experiences with Brad and Mojohost and he gave us come great deals.

Mojo
NatNet
Phatservers

are by far, the best hosting companies I've dealt with and I've dealt with almost all of them in this biz.

Thank you everyone for all of the well wishes. We have been a nominee for a CyberSocket award many times over and sincerely appreciate the recognition. We are fortunate to have a terrific stable of more than 400 adult companies from around the world operating on over 1300 servers.

We are definitely overdue for a new web site that accurately reflects the quality of infrastructure, support and current product offerings. I look forward to sharing this with everyone at the start of the new year. I believe our success is a credit to MojoHost being a highly technical organization, its priority always customers first rather than just a "sales machine" without a deliverable to back up this promise.

Our Mission: To seek out only the most qualified internet companies, convert them to customers, provide them with the highest quality managed hosting experience ? and be the last host they?ll ever need.

Enter 4th quarter, 2010... Below please find just a *few* of the relevant facts about our company that have only been available upon inquiry in a PDF.

Sophisticated and Resilient Network
MojoHost achieves stellar network diversity by directly connecting to multiple networks with one hundred ten (110) gigabit of diverse bandwidth capacity. To achieve the highest levels of redundancy, MojoHost maintains a greater than 2:1 ratio of network capacity to peak usage. Connectivity includes Comcast Communications (20 Gigabit), Tata Communications (10 Gigabit), Hurricane Electric (10 Gigabit), TeliaSonera (20 Gigabit), Highwinds Network Group (20 Gigabit), Deutsche Telekom (10 Gigabit), Global Crossing (10 Gigabit) and 10 Gigabit of connectivity to the Terremark Peering Exchange.

MojoHost?s strategic choice of datacenter, the Terremark NAP of the Americas®, is one of only 5 true Network Access Points in the United States. Terremark?s robust multi-terabit peering exchange compliments the presence 180+ networks and 600+ enterprise customers. MojoHost connects by 10 Gigabit Ethernet to over thirty peer including Google, Verisign, Akamai, Yahoo, Peer1, Limelight, Microsoft and many more. Direct on-net peer traffic exchange represents approximately 3% of total traffic volume and growing.

With a multi-million dollar investment in network devices from Cisco, Internap and Dell, MojoHost delivers what most would consider the finest possible bandwidth product in every respect. Our network design is thoughtful with incorporation of best practices throughout. MojoHost utilizes two Cisco Catalyst 6509s for core routing and switching. This significant investment is complete with Cisco?s newest SUP720-3BXL supervisor modules, 10G line cards and additional processing power with added DFC3BXLs daughter cards. MojoHost continually expands global visibility with the addition of new carriers and capacity. Its best practice network design has links divided between diverse routers, allowing for resiliency in all failure scenarios. Boasting a high performance two-tier network architecture, all client servers connect via gigabit link at top of rack and diversely by 10 Gigabit uplink to opposing Core routers. Because top of rack switches are multi-homed, a failure of either Core failure has minimal disruption to traffic flows.

Most hosting enterprises rely on simplistic BGP and interface up/down logic for connectivity. This type of design is flawed, basically useless, because it relies completely on carriers to identify all of their local and global network problems. MojoHost has incorporated the Internap FCP 10Gx into its network infrastructure to guarantee the highest quality bandwidth product. This device sits "out of line" received a "mirror" of traffic and watches all packets coming in and out of the MojoHost network. The Internap FCP 10Gx does constant round-trip analysis to all significant end destinations (surfer networks) and is able to measure packet loss, latency and jitter to every destination over all connected carriers. The end result is that MojoHost is automatically able to see network problems locally or across the global in real time and automatically change its routing policies to put its traffic on the best possible path. The logic behind being well connected to so many global networks is simple - it increases exposure, path diversity and presents the opportunity for route optimization which we are able to enjoy by utilizing the Internap device. MojoHost is of the belief that all carriers, regardless of the rates they sell connectivity for, have good and bad parts of their network, are prone to error locally or globally, literally have ?good days? and ?bad days? and that every carrier added brings additional value to MojoHost?s premium, blended bandwidth.

Two World Class Data Centers
MojoHost conducted an exhaustive nationwide data center search in 2006 to meet its ever growing demands for growth. MojoHost is focused on delivering the absolute best managed hosting experience and little else. As a result, providing network and unmanaged services is done with ease due to its sophisticated and resilient infrastructure. MojoHost enjoys the benefits of professional site management by two global leaders in colocation, Terremark and CoreSite. With an underlying infrastructure investment of nearly ½ billion between both facilities, MojoHost is simply left to manage its caged space, servers, network and customer satisfaction. MojoHost has over 1200 active servers and infrastructure available on-demand immediately accommodate hundreds more.

After extensive research and site visits, president Brad Mitchell chose Terremark's flagship facility, the NAP of the Americas®, one of the most significant telecommunications projects in the world. This state-of-the-art Network Access Point (NAP) located in Miami, Florida, provides highly secure and reliable Facility Services including colocation and peering, Managed Services. The NAP of the Americas® was the first purpose-built, carrier-neutral NAP and is the only facility of its kind specifically designed to link Latin America with the rest of the world. The global significance of this site has given MojoHost has the ability to connect with dozens of global Tier One networks directly within this facility.

The client list for both data centers is a ?who?s-who? of Fortune 500 companies, international carriers, media giants, banks, the United States and foreign governments. MojoHost deploys redundant fiber connectivity to CoreSite's Miami Exchange which also features a world-class infrastructure and SAS 70 Type II compliance. MojoHost appreciates that the safety, security, cooling, connectivity and power redundancy of a data center is of paramount importance and at the very heart of how good hosting is borne.

Mission-Critical Support
MojoHost employs full time more than 13 talented systems administrators. The MojoHost promise is 100% customer satisfaction. In managed hosting, we believe that is only accomplished by hiring bright, hard-working, good communicating ?super geeks? that work with drive to get the job done. We pay our employees well and provide a full suite of rich benefits to make this career choice rewarding. MojoHost support operates on multiple, staggered shifts with true 24 hour, 7 day a week support. MojoHost?s customer commitment is relentless and clients have multiple venues by which to receive support 24/7/365, including: phone, ticket, email, Skype, ICQ and more.
