regardless who you hire follow my simple rule and you will be a happy man.

The rule is as follows, say you hired a guy to build galleries or to design a page on a daily or weekly basis.

The very first time he bullshits, regardless if he said he did not answer you ICQ because his mom dies or he dies or he was in a bad car crash or whatever the fuck, let go of him or her. END IT RIGHT THEN!

If you dont do that you will regret it.

lol trust me i have had this one many times before, it is amazing how many bad things happen to people I offer work too. I think i curse them.
