SKNBA Message - I need Help :(
 

So i received the long waited message today:

In order to facilitate the payment of the funds on your card we need you to complete and the return the attached Manual Payment Form to us. The only additional documentation required is if your address has changed to that currently on the card a new utility bill for proof of address purposes is required.

MY PROBLEM IS THAT THERE WAS NO FORM ATTACHED, does someone who has received same message have that Document on hand ?

I dont want to have to request it and wait more weeks for an answer :(

i would call them and see if they can resend with the form

I was hoping someone has received the same Email and have the Form to provide, so I dont have to go through that.

That's the first time I've heard about that form. I'm still waiting for my reply though. :(

one month waiting here already.

when we called them yesterday, they informed us that they were currently processing emails from Oct 11th. So looks like they are making headway.. albeit slowly.

fucking ridiculous...this is such a pain in the ass...
I was always pretty quick to pull funds out of my epassporte account, but this happened right before I had the chance to do so...
still having problems with waiting, waiting and more waiting....

What i dont understand is Why this Fuckers didnt Activated my Cards, why area they telling me I have to withdraw money other ways, and how long else would this take to be checked now !!!
