Will using the full functionality of the W3 cache plugin mess with the delivery and display of adsense ads? I used the wp super cache plugin in the past and that one messed it up big time.

W3 Total Cache has object caching so you will be better off.

I shouldn't... but let us know how it goes ;)

If you read the docs, there should be a way to put code around your objects you want to stay dynamic
