I need a designer for a tour run by Elevated X. This would include a warning page, tour page, join page, 2257 page, and member's area. I can provide all and any content, and would like to include flash on the tour.

Just FYI we use Smarty templates exclusively now so XHTML is no longer needed :)

Depends what designer you go to and what you want. The tour quotes I've seen from designers range widely from about $650 and as high as a few grand.

Rochard, I'd love to help you with this. I have well over 100 elevx jobs (either designs or integrations) under my belt, so you won't find anyone with more experience in this.
